Project creating & filling in the electronic order form
In order to placing valid order for bespoke garments customer have to supply all necesarry for producing datas included in electronic order form.

3. Measuremants
4. Personal datas & Delivery address
Fitting option
Choosing a fitting option means personal visit in our workshop in order to making a fitting.
Order confirmation
Within 24 hours (excluding Saturday&Sunday&Holidays) after sending valid order, we confirm taking an order with e-mail attaching pro-forma for payment.
Payment
Due to safing entrepreneur business (garments making on individual customer measuremants & wishes and high cost materials)
we require 100% in advance payment before start of leading an order.
Order lead time
After placing an order and register the payment on our account we inform about exact leading date via e-mail.
Leading time is from 3 to max 6 weeks.
Carriage
Carriage come next after order is finished in agreed before date.
Customer receive tracking number via e-mail immediately after dispatch.
Complaints
Contractor be liable for:
Execution the order not in accordance with valid and confirmed "electronic order form" placed by customer.
Hidden materials and trimmings defects and deficiencies.
Each noticed defect have to be described and photographed immediately and send to contractor via e-mail
Contractor after case examination will delete all defects within 30 days on own coost or if it impassible will return money back.
Contractor shall not be held liable in accordance with statutory regulations for any loss or damage sustained by the Customer that is caused by intent or gross negligence.
Correct fit resulting on customer fault will be made free or small charge and customer will charge only carriage costs.
If correct fit is contractor fault will be charge completly by contractor
This contract do not have cancellation rights because include exemptions:
bespoke and customised goods
goods which will deteriorate or expire rapidly
newspapers and magazines (but not subscriptions)
contracts concluded at public auction
goods received sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons
once unsealed
sealed audio, video and software products once unsealed
goods once they have been inseparably mixed after delivery
Datas protection
1.WELTMEX guarantees that the provisions of European legal norms will be observed when collecting, processing and using personal data.
The customer data generated during the order processing are only used for internal purposes.
It will not be passed on to third parties. When placing an order, the customer agrees to this use of his data.
